We are delighted to announce that in November 2020, IMS passed an 8 day audit of its security controls and systems by the British Assessment Bureau for accreditation of ISO27001 standards. This is the 3rd year IMS has completed this accreditation, giving rise to a much much deeper examination into its controls and systems – thus making it increasingly difficult to achieve this. The Waterloo, ON office was included in the assessment for the first time this year, meaning that all of Trak Global Group’s divisions are ISO27001 accredited.
IMS completed the audit with 0 major non-conformities; 0 non-conformities; and only 8 observations. The 8 observations have since been addressed and are now resolved.
