In Spring 2025, we commissioned a global study of over 5,000 auto insurance consumers across the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, and Australia to uncover the main barriers to mainstream UBI adoption.

The results from this research have thrown a spotlight on the critical issues and barriers that the insurance industry must be alive to if connected insurance propositions are to become the mainstream solution that they have shown the potential to be.
